- Unfortunately we can only advertise pricing for shipping within Australia. For shipments overseas, please contact us.
- All prices are Australian Dollars and include all taxes.
- FREE shipping on orders of 12 bottles.
- Freight can take up to 14 days depending the state in which you live, if you have not received the wine in 14 days please contact us.
- A minimum 6 bottle purchase is required.
- Orders will be despatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
- All orders will be sent via Australia Post Wine Delivery Service and a tracking number will be sent to email address provided.
- In the event we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you via telephone or email.
- In order to accept delivery of wine, the order must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age and must provide proof of age.
Refunds and Returns
If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it or completely refund your money.
If you are not happy with your wine purchase for any reason please contact us immediately, using the form below.
We welcome enquiries from retailers and restaurants right across Australia. Please contact us if you wish to discuss a wholesale purchase.
You must be 18 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Welland Wines. Wines purchased from Welland Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Welland is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
